Automatic laser station for marking internal plastic components of car dashboardsThe station is designed for automatic insertion and removal of parts by a manipulator who removes the parts directly from the injection molding machine.
After opening the press, the manipulator takes 2 parts from the mold bed, moves and places them in the retractable bed of the marking station, the station is closed, marks both parts and verifies the marked DMC codes, the station opens, the manipulator removes the marked parts and transfers them to the output conveyor.
The station is integrated into the production line within the injection molding machine and the output conveyor for placing the marked parts.
The station is intended for 24/7 operation.
