Laser marking and sorting of castings
Stations for inspection, laser marking and sorting of castings. Laser station type AMW-115- Access to the warehouse of nonconforming parts under a password or blocking with a lock
- Marking cabin with local covering
- Motorized Z-axis for laser focusing
- Electro-pneumatic manipulator type pick & place
- Part detection for correct insertion/fixing
- Inspection of the part by the camera system for non-compliance
- Operator panel with touch screen, data network connection
The station is designed for laser marking of castings (engine parts) - components for the automotive industry. Loading parts is manual + preparation for connecting a robotic stacker. The device concept allows operation by one or two operators in manual loading mode and by one operator in automatic loading mode.
The parts are tested for correct insertion/fixing and subsequently with a camera system for non-compliance. After marking with a laser, the manipulator sorts the parts into OK and NOK parts. The output conveyor stores parts for manual collection.
