Laser marking of electrotechnics components
Station for automatic laser marking of electrotechnics components- Scanning a barcode from a part before marking begins
- Large cabin with feeder and laser
- Components with a size of 1, 2 or 3 modules can be marked without the need for readjustment
- The laser is in a double-headed design, the marking heads form an angle of 90 ° and work in time-sharing mode, i.e., the beam is switched and marked either head No. 1 or No. 2
- A variant of the station with two lasers enabling simultaneous marking on two different marking planes
- Dynamic focus - fast change of focal length covering the range of clamps - eliminates the need to mechanically move the part to individual positions (front, upper clamps, lower clamps)
- Electro-pneumatic part handling
- High-precision fixation of the part, enabling also marking of the adjusting elements on the forehead
The station is designed for automatic laser marking of modular electrical components such as circuit breaker, contactor, auxiliary relay, time relay, power supply, etc. The station consists of an input conveyor, a central feeder and an output conveyor. Loading parts on the input conveyor is manual or the conveyor is connected to the previous station.
The feeder automatically positions and fixes the part so that it can be marked on the side and front, including stepped clamps. The output conveyor exports and stores parts for manual collection.
